Debunk the Funk

The past few days I have experienced a complete 180 turn…I feel so, so good. I contribute this to the following things:

  2. Acknowledging and talking through the shame I’d been harboring
  3. Rearranging my space
  4. Practicing yoga and taking care of my body
  5. Reaching out to friends 

I forgot my watch tonight,  so I just ran what felt good to me… Which led to a beautiful run down University Drive at sunset.  All struggles aside this summer,  I have always remained astounded and grateful for the beauty of my new home here. This city knows how to appreciate nature in all its glory.
